Items will typically ship out within 1-3 business days.
For customers who are shipping within the US, you can expect to receive your order within 1-7 business days after they have shipped. For customers who are shipping outside the US, you can expect to receive your order within 4-15 days after they have been shipped.
You shipment with usually deliver between 12-20 days. There is always the possibility that your order could get caught in customs, but that typically will only add a day or two to your delivery time. Due to the nature of shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Tracking numbers for shirts will be attached to your account as soon as your items ship.
Tracking numbers for dice orders are available upon request by emailing email@example.com with your order number.
Damaged / Wrong Item
Damaged Item: If you receive your order and it is damaged, take pictures of the damaged items and email them to us along with your order number. In most cases, you will not need to do anything further and we will send you a replacement. In some rare cases, you will be asked to ship the item back to us (at our expense) and we will send you a replacement.
Wrong Item: Due to the volume of orders that are processed, there is a chance that you will receive the wrong order by mistake. In most cases, we will just send you the correct item as a replacement. Just take a picture of the incorrect item and your order number, email it to us, and we will take it from there.
